We are proud to announce the 4th Annual National Diabetes Inpatient Conference. While things have certainly improved since the first of our meetings in 2007, so many problems still exist in terms of a lack of evidence, large variations in delivery of care, and a paucity of audit. Once again, in 2010, our aim is to help clinicians deal with
the practical problems occurring in many hospitals and to reach consensus for what we hope will be a brave new world for a brand new decade of inpatient diabetes care.
