Diabetes & Primary Care has responded to the changes in diabetes healthcare acknowledging the ever increasing role played by those in primary care. As the incidence of diabetes increases, so the shift to primary care will evolve and Diabetes & Primary Care is uniquely placed to ensure that those managing/working in practices are kept fully updated on clinical/legislative issues. Chosen by the Primary Care Diabetes Society as its official journal, we will work closely with the society to support primary care professionals in delivering high quality clinically effective care, in order to improve the lives of people living with diabetes.

Published six times a year Diabetes & Primary Care is requested and read by over 16,000 readers including GPs, practice nurses, DSNs, diabetologists, every PCT lead, prescribing advisors and every member of the Primary Care Diabetes Society.
